Return Policy:
We thank you for taking the time to support Honey Ink Publishing, LLC. We’re confident in our products that you will feel empowered to conquer your day with confidence though writing and planning.

Try it yourself and if you are not satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund for the product (shipping not included).  Returns will be accepted in its original form (shipping not included). All items must be returned within 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: Once item(s) have shipped, any delay in your delivery due to postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $35. 

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@honeyinkbooks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS and FedEx are not able to deliver to a PO Box. Only the United States Postal Service® is permitted to deliver mail to a PO Box.
